These smoothies are easy-to-make and will help you detox.
Smoothie # 1
½ c Mango cubes
½ c fat free flavored yogurt Or Vanilla yogurt
½ c Avocado
½ glass mango juice
1 tbs lemon juice
Sugar to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend it until smooth. Pour out in a glass and add some ice cubes. Garnish it with sliced mango before serving.
Smoothie # 2
Sweet Spinach Smoothie:
If you want quick weight loss then start your day with this delicious fat burning smoothie.
6 oz plain nonfat yogurt
2 c spinach leaves
1 pear, peeled and chopped
15 red grapes
2 tbs chopped avocado
2 tbs fresh lime juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend it until smooth. Pour out in a glass and add some ice cubes. Garnish it with sliced lemon before serving.

I c skimmed milk
1 c blueberries
1 c Flaxseed oil
Few ice cubes
Blend Blueberries and milk in a juicer. Stir flaxseed oil and pour ice cubes before serving.
Flat Belly Smoothie:
This smoothie will provide you great amount of calcium and protein which can aid in weight loss.
3 oz vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbs almond butter
½ cup blueberries
½ cup pineapple
1 cup kale
½ cup water
Few Ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in blender add ice cubes before serving.
